We went for Sunday brunch, it was clean and bright and the service good. I had eggs benny which was very good. My only real complaint here was that it is a bit crowded to get by the buffet and around the seating area up top. But this is probably one of the nicer places to eat in the area.

As a home town realtor, I've seen the changes, improvements & growth of our longtime neighborhood restaurant & lounge where many events & memories have been graciously entertained . . . thank you for that and your efforts to keep getting better!

Stayed here overnight and had a great experience! Libby at the front desk checked us in with a smile. We were traveling with our dog so I appreciate being given a room that was close to a side entrance so we could easily take him out to potty. The room itself was spacious and well appointed. The mini fridge and microwave meant we could bring food with us. The rain showers were very luxurious, as were the beds, sheets and pillows - best sleep ever! Highly recommend the Neighbourhood Inn

Came down for the Cold Lake Air Show and stayed at this hotel. Blown away how great it was. Price was great (one of the cheapest in Bonnyville), rooms were fresh and renovated, front desk staff were awesome and friendly and the breakfast buffet was worth the stay by itself. If I stay in Bonnyville again it will be at this hotel, I won't even bother looking elsewhere.

We went for the Mothers' Day brunch, and we were shocked to see the price/plate was 37.00. It was our fault because we didn't read the sign, but the hostess told us it's only the buffet. For that reason and because it was 20.00 the last time, I didn't look at the sign. Service was good and fast. We don't see enough on the plate to justify 37.00. However the food we had was good and we got the seniors discount.They call the Mothers day buffet, deluxe! I wouldn't and certainly not worth their price.

Food is good now doubt the service is also very good...But the prices are off the deep endWe had a simple breakfast for 2 and it was 40 + $ with 2 coffees and a small Orange juice ...

The hotel may not look like much from the outside, but our room was clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed. We had reserved the upgraded suite with a Jacuzzi, and both that large tub and the multi-control shower were real treats.We also had dinner in the pub and were very pleased with the quality and price of the prime rib special, and with the opportunity to try some craft beer from the local area. It must also be said that the staff -- both at the pub and the front desk -- were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.We will definitely stay there when we're out that way again, and we recommend them highly!

Our staff party was held here. Buffet was amazing. A good variety of food and all was presented beautifully. Service for drinks was very quick and servers were very accommodating and friendly.

We had a table of 10 people. Food took forever to come. 25 people at the most in the restaurant. Food orders were wrong, hashbrowns cold and not cooked. Was the most disgusting meal.
