Ramsay painting approached two of our painters on a job site, offered them a small raise if they immediately quit working for us and join their team. I understand it is a competitive labour market, but we are a student painting company and they claim to be professional. The two painters they poached from us have 6-8 weeks of exterior painting experience and next to 0 interior painting experience. Not only did this cut our painting crew from 4 down to 2 in the middle of a project, leaving us out to dry, but they are charging their customers for a professional experience. Very poor way to run a business, and if I were a client I would be very un happy to know that I have painters working on my project with little to no experience

Worst Painting company in Victoria, don't work here or accept business from them. They treat their workers like dogs and won't do a good job. Their business model is simply money focused and do anything to be cheap. Take my word for it.

Work for the company and great guys and great painters

Ramsay Painting Ltd came and did the interior of my town home. Wonderful quality and professional job. The staff were courteous, caring and efficient. They were nothing but professional and outstanding! I would highly recommend Ramsay Painting to anyone looking for their painting needs.
