Excellent service. Dropped off a 20 lbs tank at their work-shed for recertification and refill. It was completed within 10 minutes, long enough to wait a short time at the office, pay and return. Cost less than a new tank with refill would have. Highly recommended!

I went to Mutual Propane on April 30, 2020 to fill my 20 lb. propane tank. The staff was super friendly. I got no attitude from him. He was very helpful and informative. It seemed like he enjoyed his job. He was very knowledgeable about their products. This gentleman at the counter deserves a great salary. Maybe he’s already the Boss! I’m very happy!

I was just at your location this morning to get a propane bottle filled. I pulled up to the filling shack like always, and the gentleman working at the time greeted me with a hello, very nice and personable. However, I go inside to pay, and it's a whole new story. 3 people inside, all sitting with 2 of them on their cell phones. I give a warm good morning like I gave the guy outside, and not one person said a word back. The person who got up to help me , looked as though there was a 300 pound weight attached to them and could barely move.I was absolutely annoyed by the fact that there seemed to be no concern for the customer at all. So when I left I said good bye and have a great day, again barely a response from the one who helped and again, nothing from the other 2.All I can say is , the guy outside had a personality and was great to me as a customer. The people inside, need to learn the definition of customer service, and how to be polite.Good thing your prices are good , because your customer service is not doing your business any favors.Must have been a bad day, normally , the people are way better than that.

First of all I called and asked how long it would be to recertification 2 30lbs tanks. Was giving to estimated time of 30 mins if I raced down. Well when I got there it changed to next week, so I ended up buying a new tank because I was in a rush. This all happened on Dec 22, 2022, and I understand with the holidays it may take a few extra days. After Jan 11, 2023 I decided to call and look into my tanks, get an answer it is next in line so by the end of the week. We'll I finally got my hands on the tanks Jan 27, 2023. If it would have taken that long I would have taken a different root. Stop the lies and miss leading your customers. To add to this mess I didn't even get the same tank back, but scared I may not get tanks back for another month if I say something. No apologies, no discount, only answer from the parts staff is we are new only 6 months.

Good place to refill & recertify propane cylinders (BBQ tanks)

Fast efficient service and good prices on propane. Recertification is almost the same price as buying a new tank and you lose the gauge that comes on the Costco models. Environmentally it’s the right thing to do but not economically.

On a mission seeking info to fix an issue with my RV’s propane, introduced me to Mutuals employee “Steven”. This young man went above and beyond to resolve an issue that I was feeling would never be unresolved. Well Done Mutual Propane, your choice of having Steven on your staff shows good business. Tremendous customer service from Steven at the parts desk! He went out of his way to help me with a special regulator and hose for my tankless hot water heater. Extremely knowledgeable. This was my first in-person experience with the company, and I’m very impressed.

Been with them for over 25 years. Service is always great. Just tried online refill ordering for the first time and it's really easy and worked perfectly. Always finding ways to make service even better!
