We had an amazing experience with this company! Wish I would have gotten the kids name. He was only on the job for 3 weeks but he was so kind, courteous and helpful. We were broken down at the US border trying to get home and they sent someone over so quickly to help us out. We couldn't have asked for a betting towing experience!

We needed our car towed to get repaired with our service mechanic and my wife used her CAA to get the tow. We didn't expect the prompt service we received. Taran Harder was fantastic! I want to thank Steinbach Towing for their help with our dead car...sigh...

Took them a long time to show up, but they did show up, the guy on the phone wasn’t nice and and wasn’t happy to help even if it’s a costy service, wouldn’t recommend it if you have other optionsJust to clarify there was no language barrier, the guy on the phone has the worst attitude and the eta was 45 minutes to a spot that’s 13 minutes outta steinbach and now using my name as an excuse to say a ‘language barrier’I rated the experience with 2 stars previously now it’s gonna be only one because of the reply

They were awesome, we had a wheel come off and damage our axle on our moving trailer on a cross country trip, on a Sunday late afternoon outside Steinbach, they called Steinbach trailer, had it dropped off there, they fixed it the next day!! Cory was a great guy to deal with!! Would recommend to anyone!!
