Nissan of Duncan

Josh and his team went above and beyond in securing the repair on my Pathfinder. The dealership involved in paying for this repair (NOT Nissan) were very difficult to work with and required constant reminding to authorize diagnostics. Josh took over most of the dealings with this dealership and was very supportive to me. He was on my side!! The electrical problem was intermittent in nature and was extremely difficult to diagnose. In fact the vehicle had been in a repair shop for 2 weeks in January and supposedly “fixed”it only to have it break down again. The service department at Nissan persevered and was able to finally find then fix it. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

The team at Nissan of Duncan went above and beyond my expectations in purchasing my new Nissan Rogue. Cassidy and Garret were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them both! Both are knowledgeable and personable and made the car buying process fun! Many laughs were had! The financing and paperwork team were efficient and professional and took the time to explain every option and find the best fit for me. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, you should stop in and see Cassidy and Garrett at Nissan of Duncan!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Do not buy or associate with these people! They don't have any clue what customer service means! Pay close attention to all the negative reviews on here.They like to harras people (especially young adults). They replied to my post to buy my used car and tricked me into coming all the way to Duncan from Victoria after the manager himself told me he'd put some gas in my tank to make it worth my trip(which I actually have a recording of but the manger refused to admit it when I reached and was very aggressive and was very rude).When I get there, very loud music was playing like I was in a club or something. The agent starts to tell me about other cars and bringing my monthly payment down when I clearly told him on the phone I want to only sell my car not trade in.They ended up giving me an estimate of 9k which is way below the market value for my used car and way below my posted price(when they clearly said on the phone that the value is roughly 12k).Although the sales agent was a little nice, The manager was super rude! Do not buy here! You will regret it! They trick you, pressure you and are very unprofessionally low people!

We got our first car through these guys, and had the most fantastic experience. We just traded it in for something more suitable for our needs, and once again were very impressed with their friendliness and attention to detail. Huge thanks to Rex, Hunter, Courtney, and the rest of the gang we've met in passing over the course of our dealings with Nissan of Duncan - you guys really are a stellar team!!

Fantastic service and patience. The entire staff was on top of my purchase. Ashton and the management team reached out several times over several months to continue the process.Unfortunately the sale didn’t work out because the place we moved into has no EV chargers, but the process was hassle free.

Great customer service and after care.Luka found me a car within my budget. Wess accepted my car as a trade in and worked on the whole package and Courtney worked with the finance companies to find the best deal for me.

Excellent Service! My experience purchasing a car from Nissan Duncan was excellent. I worked with Rex through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could; very knowledgeable and super friendly. Rex made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and test drive pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises. He wasn't in any hurry and wasnt pushy. He also worked his magic financing the vehicle for me. I would highly recommend working with Rex to purchase your next vehicle. Thanks Rex :)

Rex was a great salesman, he came and picked me up in Langford and drove me to Duncan. I was surprised to leave that lot with an 2023 Nissan Sentry. Haven’t been this excited in awhile! Thanks Rex! You rock! Awesome service and the people were very polite, clear and understanding. I would definitely recommend anyone to them.
