Posh Salon district barber

Moe has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and I have not had one bad experience with him. Now his own salon is open and would encourage anyone to bring themselves, family or friends if they truly want a great haircut and phenomenal customer service.

It's like she read my mind! I absolutely love my new hair cut! Very friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be coming back!

Went this afternoon for a haircut with my mom and both left feeling better than ever!! Moe and Simmi were very helpful with choosing a suitable hair style and did an amazing job! Will be returning soon! Our new favourite location :)

I visited Mo at his temporary location, Kim Hair Design (# 3130 - 2 ROYAL VISTA LINK NW CALGARY AB). It’s always a great visit, got a fresh summer cut! The temporary location is close to home and a new building!

Moe has been doing my hair for over 20 years. He does a fantastic job! Best hair cuts and hairdos ever! He’s in royal oak right now and I would highly recommend him!

This place is closed, don’t waste your time. I booked with them a month ago only to be greeted with a piece of paper saying they are closed for renovations. Nothing about it on their site or booking system. Thought I’d try again only to get an email from the stylist saying they aren’t available at that location. Didn’t want to drive 40 mins for a haircut so I tried to book again with the other stylist and as I went to the location it was all locked up. Again, no warnings or emails about the location being closed.

Simmi was an amazing stylist and made me feel comfortable and happy.My haircut turned out fantastic! 10/10 would recommend.

I do not usually leave a review even if I am not happy with the service of a particular business but this place is an exception. I travel for work and I was in Calgary and chose to get a haircut from here for the first time. I usually get a classic pompadour with a taper fade and that's what I instructed my barber and was told that it shouldn't be an issue. It struck me as odd why this barber did not show me my haircut using that hand held mirror barbers usually use after a cut. Anyway, I get home and find out why. The pictures I have posted are 13 minutes after my haircut, which is the time it took for me to get home. I sent these pictures to the barbers and tried to remedy the situation but their attitude changed completely. Their behavior changed from friendly, welcoming and understanding to hostile, un cooperative and dismissive. Yes, my hair has grown back since, but the hair puns and jokes from work colleagues and friends will probably take a bit to sizzle down! Needless to say, I am never getting a haircut from here again and those who chose to do so may take caution from my experience :)

Moe has been my stylist since I moved to Alberta in 2001! My hair was about an inch and a half long when we met and he was the first stylist to colour it. We’ve come a long way, through many lengths and colours and Moe has always done a great job! 10/10, would recommend!

A great little salon. All the staff are very friendly. They listen to what you want and make sure you leave happy. After my first visit I even got a follow up phone call about a week later to make sure I was still happy with the cut and colour I'd had done.
