I wouldn’t be here without Dr. Ranieri. He is an amazing doctor who actually cares. You may have to wait, but he is well worth it. If you’re lucky enough to be born in to his care you understand. Thank you Dr. Ranieri!

The doctors seem to come in whenever they feel like. You’re told they will be arriving late. Then you go back and told they aren’t arriving until even later, absolute nonsense I wouldn’t wish this clinic on anyone

Mohammed was very insiteful abut my injury and recovering safely. Very friendly and respectful worker. He worked diligently and very professionally.

This place does not deserve to be a medical clinic!Level of unprofessionalism at this location is beyond any expectation. Over the phone they sound nice and polite and tell you one thing but when you arrive in this facility their story changes completely.They do not have basic human compassion and obviously do not know how to treat someone with dignity.Someone that had knee surgery 3 days ago can`t and shouldn't be sitting and waiting in pain on some cheap uncomfortable chair for almost an hour. What is wrong with these people? What kind of healthcare is this?!It is a shame where our tax money goes and how we are being treated by the staff of this facility.If you need any medical assistance please avoid this location for your own good!

Absolutely a stellar facility. Very friendly receptionists and the doctors usually are not too far off the appointment time. I have one family doctor there but have seen four from time to time and they have all been just great; very knowledgeable and it's always easy to get the care you need.Highly recommend if you are new to Spruce Grove. One note, this is a teaching practice so there are med students practicing under the GPs; but I've never had a bad experience with them and it's great to be able to help out training the next generation of doctors.

I had to switch Dr's a few years ago. Dr Woudstra has been so helpful and informative. I am thankful he was able to take me on as a patient.

I have been to this medicentre a few times now. The wait time is way less then other locations and they're very good. I injured my big toe, which resulted in an infection and it was ingrown. They removed the ingrown nail and I was good to go.

I highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Ranieri is a great doctor. He is personable and thorough. It can be frustrating waiting for appointments, but it’s worth it! The doctors here care about there patients and they still love what they do.

Friendly receptionists and the doctors are helpful and patient.

Excellent experience. Dr. Thompson and his nurse. They were so awesome to deal with. I had to have a finger nail removed. They were so patient and understanding. Awesome beside manner and made me feel comfortable during this whole ordeal. I will defiantly go back there.
