I Live To Paint

I can not vouche for his workmanship.. how ever his reliability, just as another had mentioned is that of an adhd child..I called him about a potential job, with more to come in the near future. Figured I would offer him first as he only lives mere doors down from me. Convenience and local support I figured would mean something to him.I left a message in detail of the project and my interest to hire him. He responded back shortly after with a text message stating he got my message and would call me shortly... Shortly became a week to the day later when I texted him back asking if he was still interested in the project or if I should find someone else.He then called me immediately and scheduled an on site review for 2pm that day.No show, not even the courtesy of a cancelation call or text to say running late.From what I am reading and have now heard from others... this is the consensus of his behavior.So take it as you will from mine and several others experiences. Possibly a good painter, terrible business practice.

Memo and his family did an excellent job of our living/kitchen area on the ceiling and walls. Memo has a great eye for detail. He was very professional and prompt. We will definitely hire I Live To Paint for any of our painting needs. Scott & Hilary

Memo and his team did an excellent job of painting the exterior of our old house. The team arrived on time and working steady until the complete job was finished. No unneccessary breaks and no delays. The whole team was friendly, accommodating and focused on the job. The house is a combination of stucco with wood trim. All storms were done in addition to the window trim. Gutters and doors received great treratment as well. The price was fair...no extras charges thrown in. I certainly recommend Memo's company for consideration when you look for a quality job.

My family recently purchased a brand new home in West Kelowna and we quickly realized that our 3 level home was in desperate need of a complete re-paint including corrective work. We contacted Memo for help and he delivered! Memo, Fernando, and team were professional and provided the expertise needed to re-paint our ceilings, doors, trim, and walls. My experience with this company was brutal! I contacted Memo to come by and do a quote for me, when he did not show up I called and he told me that he wrote the wrong date down (not a big deal, people make mistakes) and he said he would be by the next day to do the quote. The next day he did arrive, but was over 30 minutes late (again, I can over look this as people running businesses can get caught up in the day to day workings and wrapping up projects). After a walk around he told me that I should expect his quote in 2-3 business days. After a week of waiting I attempted to call Memo to find out the status of the quote. He would not return any of my text messages or phone calls. I attempted to contact him over the course of two weeks but the closest I got to talking to him was a hang-up on his part. If this is how he runs his business I caution anyone from using him as a contractor, he maybe cost effective, but in my case, he has proven to be very unreliable.

Memo and his team did an amazing job painting my house. They are fast, efficient and affordable. They are also easy to deal with, even having my dogs home. They also fixed my railing that I poorly attempted to stain myself.

Memo has painted our entire house. He is hardworking, professional and has even fixed a few of my painting attempts that I have tried to do, over the years! He is kind, honest and I have referred him to all of my friends whenever they need a painter. He and his team finish the job in a day and it’s so nice to come home to a brand new perfectly painted room at the end of our work day!

I had the pleasure of meeting Memo a few months ago when he came by to give me a quote for a spring paint job of my older home. Right from day 1 of meeting Memo, I knew that I had made the right choice using this company. They are absolutely the best. They are excellent painters, but also excellent people- very genuine and polite. Each and every day they all cleaned up absolutely everything. Highly recommend I live to paint. We are so impressed with Memo and his painting team. We purchased an old home in October 2021, and had to paint most of the ceilings and walls.
