The owner of this pharmacy would do well to send their Pharmacy Manager on a basic customer service course. It took 2 days to receive a reply to a simple question. If the answer was provided and that was all then all would be fine. However, this person had to add that if I have any other questions regarding my pet’s medication ( which they compounded) contact my vet. I guess my question about their medication wasn’t worthy of their time. Keep in mind that you are a business that needs customers…no customers, no business…no business, no pay check!

The worst experience ever with a vet pharmacy!..have been dealing vet pharmacies for decades and never such negligence!!... They overlooked the urgency of a Rx resulting in a 72+ hour delay in the administration of critical Rx. To make matters worse they were going to further delay the delivery had I not advocated for our pet. I will NEVER deal with this pharmacy again! First and last!!!!
