We had a Generac standby generator installed. The installation team (Montana the electrician and gas technicians) were wonderful to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did great work. We would definitely recommend the Gentech team!

Was tired of my constant black and brown outs from Hydro One, couldn't be happier with my choice of company and generator, even set me up with a monitoring system so I can sleep sound when I'm out of town.The crew that showed up went above and beyond; their courtesy and professionalism far exceeded my expectations... five stars all day.

Excellent customer service. I use in site services ans i also purchased maintenance kit and parts for my generator. The communication is great, email, phone call or even technical advice if time permit. At their store location, they are expending a dedicated parts desk ans a show room. This is definitely the place to go for all your Generator needs!!

Had a 24KW home generator installed today. From the very start of this process, a couple months ago with Gentech, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Install today was seamless…Montanna was friendly, professional and he and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to deal with.100% recommend these folks.

We recently had a 24K Generac installed. The folks at Gentech were exceptional to work with. Denis (the owner) is knowledgeable and extremely customer focused. A few weeks prior to installation we had some additional questions and Denis took the time to come to our house on a Sunday. The installation was completed to perfection. A special shout out to Gentech (Denis, Claudine, Marie-Claire, Olivier & Nicholas), Lauriault Electrique (grand Max, petit Max), Gaz Confort (Sylvain & Mathieu). The quality of the workmanship provided by Gentech, the gas fitters and the electricians exceeded our expectations. Great Job guys! Joël & Joanne

Great experience from quote to install. The full install was done in a day for a full home install. The team on site was helpful and very communicative every step of the way and didn't hesitate to take the time to answer questions and make adjustments when requested.
