I love the healthy options and usually have had a good experience since they opened. Recently there’s been missing ingredients and my last order I called ahead for pickup but had to wait 20 more minutes than the promised time. For one smoothie bowl. It was busy but when I order ahead that should mean it’s ready as they said it would be. Disappointing

Amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We just moved into the neighbourhood, my daughter and I wanted to try something new.The lady that served us was very nice and very helpful answering all our questions.We tried the Tex Mex, Mediterranean & Teriyaki bowls, the food was very fresh and delicious.They also offered us a loyalty card to return and we will definitely be back soon!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great job and keep it up.

What a wonderful experience all around. I had an allergy to accommodate and they called promptly to ask me how I would like it best and advise me. So very appreciated and professional. The food is fresh, exactly as ordered and tastes incredible. I have had an exceptional experience every time I have ordered and eaten here. Well done!! i got a smoothie here today thinking that it would be super good for $9.50, but was really disappointed to slurp up a ton of chunks of banana. this is just super unappetizing and it wasn’t even blended well which just completely turned me off. deff won’t be getting a smoothie nor smoothie bowl from here again.

We love their salads, a frequent treat for a dinner at home on the deck by the pool, when looking for something healthy, and that we don't have to make. Their smoothies are also amazing! Great staff and service.

Really loved this place when they first opened but not quite as good these days. No places to dine in or outside anymore and their washroom is now closed. Girls working there seemed inexperienced and didn’t have the greatest customer service skills. Smoothie was okay but most of the ingredients come from Costco so for $11, it’s definitely overpriced. It’s a decent healthy option in the area but sensed better run and managed 2 years ago. Maybe just caught them on an off day.

I had the Tex Max rice bowl and a PB and J the New Whey smoothie. Both were most excellent! Fast and efficient staff. No fuss no muss. Delicious and fresh. Will definitely be back to try everything on the menu!

I have been going to Urban Cravings for years and always love their food, it’s great! However the prices have just got more and more expensive, and it is now unaffordable. I also loved their buy 10 bowls get 1 free punch cards, but now in addition they have changed these so you need to buy 13 bowls to get one free. They also have cheap forks that you can’t really use to eat the bowl. I still love the food and the service is great but the costs seem to be getting ridiculous.

Omg! What a hidden gem! Such delicious food and so many choices! I had the tomato boccini balsamic avocado toast!!! So yummy and easy to eat. So fresh!! Great friendly customer service!!! Is your mouth watering?!!
