Very cool place to buy yoga related stuff. I bought two meditation cushions at a very low price compared to other stores and even online stores. Very happy with my purchase. I will definitely come back for books. They also have all the yoga props that you find in yoga studios.

What a gem of a bookstore!! Hidden deep within the historic Sternthal building in the heart of downtown. You can find many books here on spirituality, psychology, yoga, Buddhism etc. As well as yoga props, singing bowls and the like. Staff is really nice too

Awesome place, almost any book you look at is interesting, if you feel like reading something new definitively go there. A bit small and crowded but that also makes its charm. Prices are insanely good, when I compare to Amazon they are usually 1$ cheaper, and I prefer giving my money to actual humans beings than huge multinational corporations which dodge taxes and thus don't contribute to society but just exploit it.

This Yoga shop / bookshop is truly one of its kind in Montreal!! They have an amazing selection of books related to mindfulness, well-being, yoga, and all the material you might need to start practicing yoga (including mats, blocks, straps, yoga blanket, etc) at a cheaper price than what you’d find elsewhere. The shop owner is very knowledgeable, caring, and goes out of his way to help his customers.They recently moved to a new location on Jean-Talon/Victoria which is easily accessible (8 min walk or 4 min by bus) from Namur metro.
