Don’t trust their website and don’t trust the staff. If it says in stock on website it’s most likely not, and if you call to confirm and they let you know it’s in stock it’s a 50/50 change it’s not. Most of the staff also have no idea on what they’re selling, seems like they’re just there just cause they need a job other than that don’t ask questions as they literally do no know the answer, they will just make something up on the spot. This store is also out of stock 90% of the time.

I told the cashier to have a great day to their face and they didn't wish me one back after giving me a horrible attitude the entire time they were helping" me. Went to my regular shop after and at some point said "I just had the worst experience!" And they asked "was it the joint?" I won't be returning to thus place lol"

Showed up at 10:55 tonight, ( Saturday August 6 2022) to be pushed out the door by an employee saying that they were closed and tills were closed/shut down for the night, I knew exactly what I wanted and intended to pay debit, open sign was on outside and there hours state 11pm I didnt understand how the tills were already shut down well they were still open. I made the drive in from Gimili to be treated with such disrespect. Figure your hours out!! ethier be open when your open or shut down the store before the tills are done for the night !!

I rarely ever give such low review scores unless the service is constantly bad and this store is no exception the employees are rude I'm not sure if they are commissioned but they attempt to constantly up sale even after Ive told them multiple times. Then they act like I've inconvenienced them by knowing what I want. They also give bad recommendations or none at all when asked. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Staff don't acknowledge customers coming into store. Had one staff member point out to me the pre rolled joints. That's all she did. She showed no knowledge on any pre rolled. After I asked a few questions, she still had no answers. She just hoped the sale would go through without answering any of my questions and the entire time she had a rotten attitude.

Went to get pre roll here for the first time on this location and ended up being sold a tweed joint for $6.51 without the Staff telling me that its tweed since I don't like their products and even went as far as asking them for a refund but was completely denied, this is my first time coming here and unfortunately it will be my last IL rather spend My hard earned money elsewhere on a more respectable dispensary.
