I can't thank Dan and Lucy enough. They have me sleeping like a baby. I went to them as a last resort after trying two other company's. I was told that I could not be fitted with a mask. Well Dan proved them wrong. I am now sleeping an average of 9 hours a night and feeling like a different person. I truly recommend them. Thank you.

This company has a bad reputation for inactivity with regards to servicing their clientele. We registered with them when we bought the BiPap from them with understanding that they would follow up with my wife regularly - NOTHING! Nothing.

Vitalize Victoria was great to deal with. Learning that i had sleep apnea was not great, but having the trial period with the cpap machine was a good way to figure things out. I want to thank Dan for all his help during this process. I had a bit of a rough time getting used to wearing the Cpap mask, i think i tried 3 until i found the right one. Dan was always available to help me problem solve the issues that i was having , and i really appreciate that. thanks again Dan !

Great service. My father-in-law was visiting from out of town and forgot the mask to his CPAP. There's no sleep without his CPAP and it was not an option to shorten the trip as he was in town for an important appointment. Vitalaire lent him a mask at no charge and with a smile. This is excellent customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to send friends to this business.

I was visiting Victoria and was missing a part from my CPAP mask and went to VitalAire on Scott Street. Had a friendly reception and Nicole provided prompt service and solved my problem in a few minutes. Very happy and recommend VitalAire Victoria to others with sleep problems or in need of CPAP machine service.

Won't refund anything! Found same materials they sell online here in Canada for less than half and in some cases even less. It's a learning curve I suppose, but I'll never deal with these guys again!They tried explaining the service they have, but c'mon more than double!! Not to mention the 'service' is them checking the stats on your machine, which anyone can do themselves.

I have been waiting for a new CPAP mask for 5 weeks and have not heard from VitalAire. They have told me it is a supply shortage issue like everything else. Otherwise they have offered good service July 15, 2022
