Great service. Simion's quality of work is amazing. Brought him a pair of winter boots and he patched them beautifully. He also fixed my purse. I was very impressed and joked with him that maybe I should change the label of my purse to Simion Tulman" :-) All and all

Came to this place because of the good reviews on Googles. Simion cleaned and fixed the scratches on my shoes. The laces were replaced and it looks amazing compare to the condition I brought them to Simion. Wish I had a clearer before picture, basically the shoes were in pretty bad conditions. Thanks to Simion I saved 700 dollars and no need to buy a new pair of shoes.

I came to repair thee pairs of shoes. A pair of boots where the bottom of the heel needed to be replaced. For the boots it seems like they were done well, I’ll need to wear them and see how they wear and last. However, that was with tax $77. That’s extremely expensive for what I used to pay to do this before at another place which was $25. I didn’t ask in advance how much it will be, so a fair warning definitely ask as for the other pairs of shoes that I haven’t picked up yet, I am afraid to know what it will cost as at this rate some pairs of shoes may not be worth fixing.

Simion is knowledgeable and a true artist at his work. He not only fixed my leather boots, he made them better. He made them new again with high quality zippers and leather polish and he even took the time to give me some pro tips on caring for my new boots. Highly recommend for all your leather repair and restoration needs. Bonus for the fast and friendly service. Thanks Simeon!

Disappointing workmanship and the customer service was even worse.I’ve been many times previously over the years and was happy. Not anymore.The heel repair was acceptable, yet I was way overcharged.The patch placed on the back of the boots as a repair to a small tear was horrible - didn’t match and was much larger than required. Boots are ruined .. looks like the work was done quickly without care.Customer service was worse. Raising his voice to claim “everybody loves my work” was ridiculous and, obviously, not true.I can only hope a better location can repair the shoddy workmanship.

Simion did an excellent job reconstructing the sole of my brown leather shoes. Although this was a large project for him, he put aside the time and worked diligently on repairing the shoes. Excellent attention to detail and very pleasant to deal with.

Overpriced. I got pair of shoes for non-slippery pads and he charged $79. I can get them at $45 at near Bay and Charles for same quality work. He did a good job but I won't come back.

I brought Simion my favourite pair of suede thigh high boots to repair the heel and sole of the shoes. He did an AMAZING job my boots look brand new and he even cleaned them for me. 10/10 recommend I am very happy with the result and I will definitely be back
