Cheryl went above and beyond when the prescription I had was not completed by my Dr. .. she contacted them and helped me get all the correct info. Then helped me get fitted for what I required . Thanks for your help Cheryl .. keep up the good work !!

I rented a knee walker: 1st one, the brakes did not work, replaced with another one which had the steering column wobbly. So far, these rentals were NOT maintained appropriately. It was scary using the walker. Not happy at all!!!

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had in my life. None of the staff seem to have any customer service skills. In fact they seem to go out of their way to look busy and never make eye contact with the customer. I have made at least 4-5 trips in there and it is always the same horrible service. Stock seems to get lower everytime I visit. I will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere.

We went to the store to purchase an item with a prescription, they took the prescription and charged me near $100.00 saying it would be available for pick up in two weeks. It has been about one month since then and they still do not have my items.We have since called them 3 times. Every time we call them they take all my information before transferring me to another line were I have to repeat all the information. Internal communication displayed is terrible. When asked about an ETA on my items I am met with the same response of We will call you" and that "It takes time." Never giving an exact date. If they did not have stock or the ability to get stock then they should say that upfront. They charged for an item and gave a 2 week waiting period and their policy says all sales are final after 2 weeks.Very bad experience overall

With the change to Coop, I can see that there is confusion and frustration among staff and customers. However, I can say that Cheryl is wonderful! Customers in this area of retail sales (myself included) could be frustrating to work with but she is always very helpful. I am beyond thankful to interact with someone who CARES :)

I went to this store to buy a brace. When I walked in there were 3 ladies behind the counter. Not one of them acknowledged me. They couldn't even be bothered to look up and see the person that came in the door. When I asked where the braces were, the one lady couldn't be bothered to even lift her arm to point. She wanted me to wait for someone else. I'm not going back.

This place lost my personal information, confused me with another client. Put their data into my file and vise versa. They also lied to me about rental costs, didn't know that I had returned equipment which I had. Promised a refund and then ended up charging me for something without my permission, lying to obtain my credit card number saying it was for a refund.Get anything they promise in writing as they are entirely untrustworthy.I would advise anyone needing medical supplies to just order on Amazon.** Update: They ultimately refunded me for the unauthorized charge after I posted this and sent a complaint to co-op head office. So I suppose that warrants some minor consideration. Two stars.

The people seem nice enough, but we rented a wheelchair it had very loose bolts and the bearings in the wheels were completely gone loud and squeaky. Second wheelchair was very hard to push not free wheeling at all. also the first wheelchair had mud on the wheels so I don't think they clean anything.
