Be nice if my parcel didn't spend 3 or 4 days in the ship center in dartmouth because the drivers are too lazy to come to the outskirts of the city to do those deliveries it's frustrating I spend that amount for a fast delivery but you guys put them to the side until you have more deliveries going that way

Despite the fact that FedEx was aware they are not able to meet their express shipment dates, they continue to allow them to be advertised on their customers online purchase pages. I paid extra for shipping through FedEx instead of free with CanadaPost, and the shipment was delayed and the money back guarantee suspended. FedEx should not be contracting business through online suppliers under false pretenses. If you can't deliver in 48 hours don't ask people to consider paying you extra for that service.
