I’ve used them for a couple of things around the house and they are my go to plumbing company now.My basement toilet wasn’t flushing properly, they came and replaced the part that was broken the same day.I also had a new kitchen faucet installed, and they were super fast at responding and getting it done.Super quick, and professional. Highly recommend.

I don't normally write reviews, but Brightside's quality of work really warranted one. Efficient, cost effective, knowledgeable and reliable! I've used other plumbing companies in the past, but Brightside really outdid all of them in terms of customer service and quality. Roshan did an excellent job, and I will 1000% be recommending his service to anybody who's asking. Roshan was amazing! He was able to come the next day. We called 4-5 plumbers for quotes and pricing was the same (which was an all-in pricing unlike a few others that charged for removal of old unit). When he removed the tank from the box the vent was damaged and he apologized profusely for the inconvenience of adding hours even though it wasn’t his fault. He was respectful of our home watching walls and laying floor protection. We are grateful to his quick response time and professionalism and highly recommend him and Brightside Plumbing and Heatinf.

I had a leaky toilet. Repair was quick, efficient, and way cheaper than the other quotes I received. No additional unnecessary work was pushed on us. I will definitely be calling them first next time I need a plumber.

I needed emergency service for a major leak in my basement. I called Brightside Plumbing and Heating and was able to get a plumber on very short notice during the Christmas and New year Holidays. The service was excellent and everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Once again thanks to Roshan for the prompt and professional work.

We had a noise issue with our furnace which eventually stopped it from working. I called Brightside Plumbing and Heating and talked to Roshan to figure out what was wrong over the phone. With his excellent attention to detail, he figured out what needed to be replaced in a matter of minutes. I didnt expect him to come by till later afternoon to do work but he made an effort to come as soon as possible so that our furnace would be functional and our home would be warm for the evening. Roshan's care for his work and clients is above and beyond. We don't see calling anyone else on plumbing and heating needs in the future other than Brightside Plumbing and Heating.
