These guys are fantastic. We've been very pleased with their customer service from the sales team to the service department. We recently bought a new T770 through them and right from the start they were great. Immediately offered to drop off a new machine to allow us to use it in a real world setting as opposed to riding it around the parking lot, or simply sitting in it. From there, post purchase, we had trouble with a few of our existing attachments running on the new machines hydraulic protocols. John, the service manager went above and beyond to get the attachments going for us. All this to say, highly recommend Bobcat of Brantford, they've been awesome. Look forward to doing business again soon, and excited to see the new location!

Call john at service at lunch. Had a tech in yard at 330. Part replaced and running in hour. Not a half day down time. Wont happen every day but incredible service with these guys.

When I was in a jam with a machine that didn't even come from them, they were quick to go above and beyond to get me back up and running. They had solved my problem quickly and professionally before the dealer I bought it at even called me back. Adrian in parts and John in service were a pleasure to work with.
