Abigail's Learning Centre

Abigail's has been a part of our family for over a decade now. They have taken care of 3 out of 5 of my kiddos. They have been super supportive over the years in more ways than just providing awesome childcare., Despite our high needs and food allergies.. They helped with the good food programs, learning programs and working with us along the way through all the struggles. Thank you everyone! I cannot thank you enough for being there when we needed you.!

The staff at Abigail’s work tirelessly and often thankless to ensure the children and parents are welcomed, supported, and cared for. They want what is best for each family that walks through their doors and work with each family to ensure their needs are met to the best of their ability.

The staff is horrible and very snarky. It's like they hardly even play with the kids much less do anything else. The backyard doesnt even have any play structures in it for the children to play on. The food that they serve to the kids is hardly enough! One morning it was cookies and applesauce... THATS NOT BREAKFAST! I am pulling my daughter out immediately and going to another daycare. Shame on you Abigails.

Gave my nephews hat to another kid, and slammed his hand in a door once resulting in surgery. U guys best set ur game up, and be glad I'm not in Belleville any more. Stop abusing our kids!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Abigail’s and the staff. I attended the parent program to finish my high school education. During my time at Abigail’s, I learned how to advocate for myself, see my potential, and work towards my goals of attending college and eventually university. Jen, a staff member in the parent program, showed me that my goals were not only attainable but that I was worth them. she often knew our potential before we did and encouraged us to work towards our goals.My daughter also attended Abigail’s from infancy to pre school. Not only did the staff love and care for her but they also supported me as a parent. They would keep me updated throughout the day of how her day was going and even went as far as letting me know when she was hungry so I could go to the infant room to feed her. As my daughter moved through each room, the staff ensured that her milestones were being met and that I was well informed of any concerns they had and would provide me with supports for those concerns.Abigail's will always hold a special place in my heart. if you are looking for a daycare or parent program that will be yours or your kiddos cheerleader, then go to Abigail's!

Abigail’s is literally the best. I will never recommend any other daycare to anybody. The staff are absolutely incredible with the children, and their families as well. My daughter is 5 now, and I still have a close relationship with many of the staff because they made our daycare years sooooo amazing.

Abigail’s came to our rescue in a pinch during the pandemic when the daycare we were at changed its hours. Abigail’s took us in and were super accommodating with schedules. The staff were friendly and engaged with the kiddos well. The meals/snacks were healthy and kid friendly and well liked by my son. The outdoor play area isn’t very big, but there’s lots of different outdoor toys and things to do, and they went on walks frequently down to the fire station to see the trucks. The only thing I didn’t love was that there wasn’t an app or portal to communicate with staff or see pics of my sons day, but I’ve heard that has changed and there is now. Would definitely recommend Abigail’s to friends and family.

Daughter just started here. Lovely facility, very clean. My daughter absolutely loves it. She's a year old. She's thrilled when she gets there and just crawls off to play and see the staff. She loves the food. Meals, snacks and milk are provided.Staff are great and very knowledgeable andd very friendly. My sister is a registered ECE, DSW and now works as behavioral technician. She gave me tons of questions to ask when I went for my walk through back in October. They follow all the standards set out by the ministry. They have the correct staff to children ratios etc.Highly recommend. It is a bit more expensive than some facilities but I personally don't need day care 5 days a week. And this was the only facility in the Belleville area that offers part time for their infant program.They also provide diapers and wipes. You can provide your own if your child has sensitive skin or allergies.Anyway! 5/5 excellent facility.

Abigail’s will always hold a very special place in my heart. For decades, this organization has provided a safe and nurturing place for children and families. I'm so grateful they're a part of our community!

My son and I had a great experience at Abigail’s! All the staff were very friendly and were very good at helping my son manage his emotions and high energy levels. Every time we drive by he always talks about how he misses daycare and wants to visit so I’d say he would rate it 5 stars as well!
