I've just picked up my online order and I FEEL TERRIBLE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.I asked one skinny, bobbed-hair staff (around 1pm onJune 24) to put the same color lipstick I bought on my lips and she said WHY?? DONT YOU KNOW HOW TO PUT ON A LIPSTICK?" HOW RUDE SHE WAS!!I told her the lipstick was for my friend and I wanted to see the color on my face. Anyway

Very unprofessional, disappointing customer service from Jess, manager of the store.When getting my New Year’s Eve makeup done from a young employee the only concern was that she “finish up fast” as the store was soon closing. After hovering around for 10 minutes rushing my makeup artist I was left with uneven lipstick and smudges of mascara.This unfinished 1 hour appointment in which I arrived 25 min early to only to be brushed off and dismissed as soon as it was almost “closing time” cost me $95.Will not buy makeup nor get it done here again.
