This was the 1st time that I went to Harley Boutin. My starter clutch needed to be changed on my Heritage 2009. While I was there I asked them to also do a complete inspection of my bike. The mechanic who worked on my bike was very thorough and the staff was very pleasant at the Parts and Service dep'ts. After finishing the job the mechanic did a 10 mins test drive and I was on my merry way with a new starter clutch and an inspection. No surprise on the bill and a quality service from Boutin. I'll be going back every year from now on. I highly recommend Harley Boutin.

I ordered Rinehart slip-ons 21/2 weeks ago and had them installed today at Boutin . 1/2 an hour and it was done and on the road. Friendly and quick professional service. I will be going back to them again in the near future for LED lights.

Unreal service. Had an issue on my 2014 cvo ultra while on a 3000 mile bike trip. From the service manager Jarome, the owners and especially the techs, they were wonderful. I didn't arrive there until late in the day yet they assured me they would stay as long as it took to have me back on the road. They did. I wish they were my local dealership! Highly recommended.
