The ambience is alright really, complain about, and the vegetarian food is all cooked in house and tastes really good.However it's the service and non-vegetarian food that are disappointing. The chicken tikka felt like it wasn't cooked in house and was sourced from elsewhere and it was rubbery and chewy.The hostess had no warmth and seemed to be disinterested which made dining here a big disappointment especially with the exorbitant prices.Also the most inconvenient parking I've faced at a restaurant in Canada.

I ordered combos. Taste was good. Service was very poor. I waited approximately 50 minutes to have food on my table. Veg combo had chana masala and paneer. Chana masala was really too good in taste. My other combo was a meat one. Paneer and meat tasted same as if same gravy with different pieces. Ambience was good, taste was fine. They really need to hire more help as all I could see was single man trying to manage everything.

Pathetic experience. Firstly we were given dirty plates then to top it up the food didn't feel freshly made. The server didn't even replace the paneer tikka, he just warmed it up & got it back! Prices are not at all justified as per this experience.

We went at 7.45 pm around on Saturday and they told they were already closing so we can only take dine out. So if you want to dine in, then go early. We ordered chicken biriyani, fried rice with chicken and chicken chili. They said they provides halal food. Quantity wise it was good,. Chicken biriyani tastes like paan masala has been added as spice. Fried rice and chili chicken tastes too salty, couldn’t finished our food due to extreme salt. Overall the food experience was too average.

Sat for 25 mins without any acknowledgement while they proceeded to take all the takeout orders. Severely understaffed however they should’ve known and never accepted our reservation. They even turned away other sit downs while we were waiting.. so then why bother told us to come? Not to mention as we departed not a single word said. We’ve had their food before and it’s quite decent but not that good for me to return the way we were being serviced.

Dal was very tasty and so were noodles and Manchurian. Samosa could have been better but overall we liked the food and were happy with our decision to get dinner from this place. If I visit bracebridge again then I would love to eat here again.

Lovely service and tasty authentic Indian cuisine. Came here to sit down, however, the owner said he wasn’t doing sit down as they were only doing take away orders as they were busy. He made the exception for my husband and I to stay as we were traveling from out of town. Very sweet of him to accommodate us. Our two curries and naan were exceptional! Must come and try!
