We are new to Allstate and only switched because of the great customer service Zack Totten has given other customers we spoke to. Zack is out of the Bedford office and is very quick to reply to any questions we have. Plus he saved us money which was nice also. We were with our last insurance company for 30+ years so the move was not one we took lightly. Thanks Zach.

Gina was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is detailed, professional and responds in a timely manner. I would also like to say that it's so nice to deal with a person who lives here in Halifax making a living and supporting our community vs a faceless 1-800 number. Best ever agent in halifax is Annette Armstrong. She had always guided that what is good or bad for me in car insurance. Surprisingly, she just given me an insurance in just 1 day as it’s cheaper. If anybody want to take an insurance for first time than go to her. I will always recommend her to friends or family members.
