Today I felt uncomfortable with one of your employee’s comment on the usage of my vendor coupon, She said to another cashier: why they have so many coupons, this is coupon fraud! Attention! She talk to another cashier, not me! She might think I don’t understand English because I am Asian! She accused me without evidence! This is so offensive! Wal-Mart needs to training more or dosomethingforgot to ask this cashier nameBad experience ruined my day!

I called this location for 3 times today, they asked me to hold for the first time, and I waited for like a half hour, nobody ever picked up the phone, and then I called again, a gentleman picked up the phone and told me, he doesn’t work there, he is just a customer, and called the staff for me, a lady then picked up the phone again, asked me to wait, a few moments later, she just hung up the phone, I was like what??? I tried one more time after all these happened. I know they might be busy, but you can tell me that or ask me to call back later, no just put me on hold like forever or hang up the phone without noticing.

World’s best Walmart! Friendly, hard working staff. Usually pretty busy and extremely busy and stressful on the weekends.

I have some uncomfortable experience at the Walmart self checkout today. The ladies there are usually very helpful except ...1 or 2? I was yelled at telling me I only move.. when she tell me to do so, when I walked to a checkout machine with lights but actually out of order. Then I see some customers just walk straight to any checkout machine but that lady didn't say anything at all. What should I do next time? Move or not move? If there's a machine available and othe customers behind me not unhappy because I just stand there what should I do?

This morning I went to Walmart (5000 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3R 4M9) to buy Simila with 8 discount coupons, but the cashier told me that only buy two for each person at the checkout. When another employee came over, another cashier had very bad attitude and said she Bought a lot and got a lot of discount couponsNot allow using coupons in Walmart anymore?If Yes, things like today shouldn't have happened. It's not the first time that I've been discriminated against and treated differently when using coupons, and I'm not the only one who has been treated like this . Please do a good job Train, don't let more people be treated differently because your employees are in a bad mood

Worst shopping experience of my life. Will not return to shop here due to some rude, incompetent blonde girl at self check out. She wouldn't let me do two purchases at self check out as I was trying to do shopping for someone else too. If I wanted someone to mess up all my groceries and just throw it on one transaction I would have gone to a cashier. Do not shop here!!

I have the worst self-checkout experiences ever at this walmart. Nevermind how messy and uncared for the store itself constantly is, the self-checkout assistants are supposed to direct you which cashier to go to, especially if it is busy. They will instead direct you to out of order cashiers or cashiers that are already occupied. Sometimes instead of even saying a specific number, they will just point, nudge their head, or say “that one”. How is that helpful at all if it is crowded and busy in the check out area? The lights indicating which self-check out aren’t even reliable, as they are usually on for occupied cashiers or off for available cashiers when it’s supposed to be the other way around. Finally, when I ask for bags, they typically take forever to get me a bag, with some staff not even knowing where to get one. Then i am hot potatoed between employees just so I can get a bag for my items. I wish this wasn’t the closest Walmart to me. The other reviews are not kidding when they say the staff seem like they either don’t care or don’t know what they’re doing here.

2023-04-12 from 12:00 to 12:30pm. Still waiting for clerk to unlock cabinet. I just want a Phillips Sonic toothbrush head. They called 4 times over the intercom. Finally after 40 minutes someone showed up. Very poor customer service at this location. No one takes any initiatives and care.

This Walmart needs to check all of their fruits . Especially strawberries. My dad bought strawberry yesterday. Let me tell you, when I open it today. The strawberry were so soft and moles. You need to check it all the time . If not. I will let the health department to see it.
