This location always hire phenomenal Managers and CSR's. Manager Jessica handled a fraud issue i had with a Money Order in swift time. Positive outcome no doubt. Always cashed my cheques here. Far better interpersonal customer service than that of my home branch bank. If Money Mart had their own online bank (hint, hint), I'd say sayonara to Scotiabank in a heartbeat!

Lauren who works at this money mart is amazing at her job, she’s friendly and courteous and goes above and beyond her duties to help, I always have a pleasurable experience .. And Kayla is another one that I can’t say enough good things about.. overall Best Money Mart around.. Thy make you feel like your business matters

Always get top notch service at the Whitby branch. I drive 30 minutes out of my way just so I can use this location. Jessica is always friendly and on the ball, offering suggestions to meet my needs, letting me know my options, as well as some great conversations. Thanks for the amazing 10 star service everytime!
