Building manager Dean was kind and friendly, answered all my questions about the units and the amenities. Thank you Dean!

Condo is nice.Entry to the building is a pain at the front. In the winter you will freeze at the door trying to get access.2. When you get access if you have a car and need to update for parking the second door is closed3. Some of the floor plans are small4. It's clean and freshOverall it's a good place as the overall cost for rental is good.5. Close to Chinook mall/ CF6. Close to LRT station7. Access to downtown is easy8. Lots of amenities around

HORRIBLE company. The Calgary By-Laws state that they cannot start construction until 7am on week days. I leave for work at 6:30am and they have the radio blasting and people working. Sometimes I wake up at 4am to them working! I, and the rest of my building, have called Calgary By-Laws dozens of times, the By-Law officer has contacted them NUMEROUS times and they refuse to stop.

Marcy. When you hear that name you know you are going to get prompt, professional service. Marcy made the journey to a new home at Kingsland Junction a worry free supported experience. Each step was explained clearly and while the process was kept moving.Time was always given to ensure understanding of all documents and expectations. Marcy is busy but somehow manages to be responsive. You feel able to connect with any questions without long delays.The building is well kept and feels secure.Once you are moved in Marcy is still there if you have any questions. All of the team are friendly and helpful...we all know that is a game changer to feel someone is not only going to listen, but look for solution.They have managed to create a blend between privacy and neighbourhood. Need cheering up? Just enjoy the pet friendly environment as you see the dogs off for a walk in the green space.Do it if you are thinking of moving here. Start with Marcy for a supported journey to your new home.(Written while sipping morning coffee listening to the birds...and watching a dog walk by with a jacket nicer than some of mine I must say...)

(cannot give 0 stars, hence the 1)I live next to this construction site.6AM starts, and oftentimes 10pm ends(the concrete cutting at 10:30pm was my favorite), 7 days a week.Not enjoying washing my vehicles every day, or upon use, due to the dirt, concrete dust/grit from drilling/grinding, and wood particles from circular saw cuts. This dust is insidious. (silicosis anyone?)Keep a handle on your subcontractors.Not good neighbours.One of many with this opinion.Get it done, and go away.

I was a tenant at Kingsland Junction and they were wonderful to work with. I moved due to a relocation, however I would've stayed quite a while longer. Professional, clean, well kept buildings.

I booked an appointment to view a couple of the units in the 3 buildings with Marcy and she's wonderful. She makes me feel at ease and helped me like she'd like to be helped. Trico is very lucky to have someone so professional and friendly and personable. The units are clean and bright and again, Marcy is so helpful and friendly. She's the first person I met and it makes for a very good first impression and represents this excellent Trico community really well!

We met with Gustavo over the weekend & greatly appreciated his professionalism & knowledge of the building. He is one of the better leasing agents we've dealt with and we really appreciated the time he spent showing us all the units/options available. He is a dream to work with and made everything so so easy for us. His response time was also impeccable. I recommend seeing him if you are interested in seeing the property.
