Great price, shipped quickly and packaged very well, which was good because it was grease in a plastic tub. If it had cracked during shipping, it would have made a big mess.

Nice products as advertised. Shipping took longer that people may be used to, but not bad at all. Lenses scratch when dropped on rocks/cement.

The rep was very polite and friendly. My only negative would be I had asked for shipping dims to calculate cost of shipping via you or our account. I went with you - only to find out there was a 15 lb difference per a box. Which resulted in a massive difference in shipping cost. Instead of 57 lb boxes they were 42 lbs. I would have gone with our account and it would have been half the cost. Otherwise I am very happy with the service.

The planes came very well wrapped and protected with bubble wrap, unlike reviews for folks that ordered through Amazon. However, the wooden groove where the tail sits on 2 of the 7 planes I ordered were not centered, making one side extremely thin and it broke simply by carefully inserting the tail. I have it glued and clamped now. I hope the repaired planes will be flyable. UPDATE I have since had a chance to fly the airplanes indoor in a gymnasium. I'm disappointed as I'm getting very little distance out of them :(
