I have rarely had a positive experience with Enrolment Services. First of all, their answering machine forces you to listen to them tell you in ten different ways that you should just go to their website instead of calling (as if 90% of people nowadays wouldn't have already tried that) before getting around to listing the different extensions you can reach. Spoiler alert: just press 2 to speak to a person. Unless, of course, they get too busy" and then they totally just shut down the phone lines. Like

I spoke with Justin today about an issue with funding and he was really wonderful. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions with great detail. He was also friendly, patient, and efficient overall. It was one of the smoothest, most painless customer service interactions I've had. Thanks, Justin!

I don't usually write reviews but today i had to. I've been dealing with a lot at home and wanted to drop one of my courses. I spoke to Christina probably the most professional service i have ever received in my life.She was so engaging with my situation and walked me through the process , she was not only professional she was sympathetic and super understanding.I recommend speaking with her if you need assistance or have any questions

I had some trouble with my loan recently (I'm an international student who is a first generation college student) and found their office to be SO helpful. The woman who runs their phone service is so kind, patient, and understanding. She worked relentlessly to solve my issue, and make sure to issue me an update in writing that I can have for my records/refer to later. Truly I cannot recommend them enough. They must get THOUSANDS of calls/emails a day, and they really take the time to make sure each person is heard and assisted. Thank you SO much for your help!

Took me quite awhile to reach one of the staff via call (about 30 mins). However, after someone finally picked up the phone, she was extremely patient and kind in helping me with my issues, going out of her way to ensure all of my questions were answered. It was a pretty urgent issue for me so I'm considerably glad the staff care more than most of the reviewers here say they do! Worth the wait.

If you visit the office in person, you will find that the staff here are very helpful. I've visited the office 3 times this year already, and the staff was always able to solve my problems/situations in a timely manner, and I never had to wait for long. My OSAP changes were also processed very soon. I'm happy with the level of service here - it's definitely underrated!Now, I've never tried calling them, so that might be a whole different situation.

The guidance" I received from the staff here led to me wasting my time and money. Additionally I will now have to wait another year to apply at UofT. At this point I am not positive it is worth it anymore. If the support is this bad how much worse is the school as a whole?"

I called today to ask a question about my OSAP and the lady who responded is extremely rude and careless. When I told her that I was having trouble with my courses because I was sick again and again during the semester she even laughed. What’s so funny about that???

Thank you so much for your help ! I spoke with the male worker sitting at the far right desk in the office, and he was truly empathetic, concise, and informative with the help he provided for me. I went in to hand in some papers and also to ask questions, to which I received answers that made me feel heard and seen. I left the office with clear answers to all my questions and less concerns than I entered with.
