Jamestown Awning and Party Tents

Very professional company to work with for our daughters wedding! From the office to the delivery workers, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a tent at the venue and two tents and tables and chairs delivered to our home. Arrived on time for set up and removal, everything done as expected. Thank you!!

Awning did not hold up in the winter. I spoke with the guy from Jamestown awning before they even ordered it and he told me there would be no problem with. I notified them about the awning, sent them pictures of the awning and they said they would get back with me about it . Guess what they never did now I'm out the money for the awning and it's not even 4 months old..take a look at it. I would not recommend these people to anyone!!!

INCREDIBLE. Jamestown Awning made turning our backyard into the most gorgeous wedding venue an absolute breeze!!! I was so thankful for Macy and all the staff! They came to our home, did a free consultation on what tent(s) would work best for our event, offered free resources for formulating our layout (which literally worked PERFECTLY for our day!) supplemented the extra tables we needed to rent, sent us images of other people's tented receptions for inspiration, gave us so many helpful tips on how to hang all our lights and decor, and even allowed us to go and view other tents that were set up in the area before our date, just so we'd have an idea what to expect! I seriously cannot say enough nice things about these people. The guys who set up our tent were kind, efficient, professional and so quick. And they gave us PLENTY of time to set up and tear down from our wedding. Our tent arrived on Wednesday and wasn't picked up until Monday afternoon! Thank you, Jamestown Awning, for taking such great care of us during, not only the week of our wedding, but through the entire planning process! Our day was a DREAM thanks to you! XOXO

Thanks to the folks at Jamestown Awning and Party tents for the great service they provided in support of our son's wedding. From the initial planning visit to setup of the tents to final teardown the team helped make the event a success despite the torrential rain we experienced during the weekend. Everyone was helpful and great to work with.

Just had our 3rd new awning installed. The folks at Jamestown Awning do a wonderful job and it looks amazing with our new roof. Extremely satisfied.

I purchased the 1st awnings for my house in 2005. Each year in October Jamestown Awning takes down the awnings & washes them during the winter. Most of the awnings have lasted 17 years but we will replace a couple this year. Any repairs needed are done during the winter. Awnings increase the value of your house but more importantly they keep your house cooler in summer. Mine is cooler by 5 degrees.However, Jamestown Awnings owner is retiring & they are not as responsive as they used to be. Lately almost rude. I had to delay putting up the largest Awning due to roofing contractors evaluating roof. But Jamestown Awning can't respond & put up Awning until they happen to be on the Northside. I pay $200.00 for takedown & put up of awnings but the service is lacking. Picture is of the back of my house when ALL Awnings are up.

As always, Jamestown Awning installed a tent for our graduation party on time and as promised. One of the installers called me prior to the intall and was spot on with his estimated arrival time. Tent was clean, in great shape and installed exactly where we wanted it. Tables and chairs were clean, in great condition and stacked, ready for us to set up the way we wanted. Will definitely use them again and recommend! We also loved that they installed days prior to the party so that we could figure out where we wanted everything.

All I have to say is hands down to Jamestown awning and the employees “the guys” that set up the tent. Not only did Macy take great care of me from the first initiation but everyone was so pleasant!! The crew had a fast and efficient put up and tear down!! I would recommend Jamestown awning to anyone to as far as they can go!! They definitely made our big day way bigger!! Jamestown Awning was fantastic for my daughter's graduation party! They worked with me on where to put the tent and tables. They were extremely friendly, on time, and very efficient. Very nice tables and chairs. The tent even weathered a strong windy thunderstorm without issue. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jamestown Awning did not disappoint! We rented a tent and chairs for our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. From the 1st phone call to Macy to the calls to her and Jordan regarding having to change the placement of the tent due to quite a bit of rain to the delivery and the take down everyone was very professional and friendly. Macy and Jordan put us all at ease with their calmness. Thank you all so much.
