This place is a Gem! Why, because when Life Lab closes at 3pm, this place is open until 5pm and no line up. It saved me today. The staff are excellent especially Tiffany! I appreciated that she listened and understood my anxiety around needles. Very grateful for wonderful health care professionals that care. Thanks ladies.

Terrible customer service , people who works here joke . I was trying to ask very quick question to solve the matter . They hanged up 5 times . Receptionist picks up the phone and dead silence because it is close to their closing time . I got angry and raised my voice in the last time she spoke to me and replied back but as soon as I address my question I’ve been told to call after 10 minutes which is after their closing time . They are kidding with people . It is disrespectful very very rude and that person deserves nothing . I don’t understand what is wrong with these miserable people .

I haven’t had this bad experience with any laboratory when I got the blood test. This was my first experience and definitely the last one.Firstly blood test were so painful which I haven’t experienced any time. Secondly for the one test they said to connect with family doctor and they cant send the reports to me . This is so insane. I am really disappointed with this location and service.

First time here and walked in without an appointment. Went in for a blood test, urine sample and ECG. Staff were friendly and quick.In and out within 30 min. If it was just the blood test I would say it would be closer to the 15 min mark.I’m not a fan of needles (with hard to find veins at times) but they nailed it in one shot and was virtually undetectable.I’d say hands down the quickest and most efficient lab that I’ve used.

Great service, have been here several times and never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. And what I really appreciate is that I receive my test results by email, I can view then online in my account.
