Caren is such an inspiring coach. She motivates me and always has a fresh perspective. She has coached me both professionally and personally and I come away feeling ready to tackle anything. Her sense of humor layered into her coaching is an added bonus. I can't say enough great things about her!

Coach Caren's walk and talk program is genius. I felt calm, free to share and knew this would be transformative. The directness, yet empathetic exchange was life changing. My experience with Caren was exceptional and well worth it. She is warm and engaging and easy to talk to. She always seems to keep an open mind and I never felt judged. That said, I especially liked her non-judgmental approach and the simple, yet powerful tips she shared around how to better communicate my boundaries in the workplace. I had a few “a ha” moments along the way as we dug into some challenges I kept experiencing over the years. Caren never pushed too hard and was kind and caring - not cold or stuffy.
