Worst service!!! Racist and extremely rude. Very inconsiderate. When asked when the driver would be here she said find someone else because she doesn’t know where her driver was AFTER we waited 2 hours ….. DO NOT go with this company!!!

The most incapable owner that does not know where her own tow truck keys are or where her drivers are. When asked where her driver was she told me to go find another company. The company is extremely racists and does not care about their service. I would highly recommend choosing another company unless you want to be waiting hours for no one to show up without any updates.

Annabelle and Angela are amazing and sent out a driver ASAP. The tow-driver was also amazing and worked carefully and was very time efficient. I have no doubts, I’d use BW Towing again and highly suggest them.

Ended up in a snow bank during a three car collision while traveling with my family, only had to be winched out and the man that helped me was absolutely amazing and was very positive and gave instruction well. Thanks for getting me out of a stuck spot !

This is the best towing company ever. They have the most friendly driver's. They are very careful with whatever you may need moved. They've got awesome office staff as well always willing to help you out when you need it most. Thanks BW Towing for always being there for us when we need you most.

These people have been contracted by the Opp to impound people vehicle and won’t abide by regulations as to rates and won’t show up to release.Worst towing company around and surprised that the Ontario provincial police are using themIt says they are open at 8am but won’t show up until 9am.Corruption runs deep and I hope the city of Orangeville and the Ontario provincial police will delve deeper into this company’s operations.
