We have used Chris for many years to assess and repair our hot tub, with a short wait time for service calls. Good prices and great service!

I would stay clear of this guy! He charged over $136 for 5 minutes of work and didn’t even fix anything on our hot tub which wasn’t working.

When two other hot tub repair services wither refused to work on my tub, quoted $1200 to fix it, or said that they would have to put it on a wait list and look at in in a couple of months we found Precision Spa Repair. They were out in just a couple of days and found that the problem was much simpler than the others told me. Total cost was $411 when the others had quoted triple that.

My hot tub lost power in late November, and within 2 days we had a service technician out to examine and offer repair recommendations. All told, pump issue was assessed, parts ordered, and fixed within a week! Far faster than Arctic Spa. Thanks guys!

Amazing to deal with right from the initial call through to the final repair! Hot tub went down over the Christmas break during an extreme cold snap and most repair companies were not even taking calls. Initial call was answered with some great advice to keep the hot tub warm and calm me down till someone could get out. There were some additional challenges with the repair but the technician never gave up and kept me very well informed throughout the entire repair. Would recommend them to anyone!

Christmas morning went to use my hot tub and was confused.. I had a skating rink. Called a random repair place(mistake). Then asked around and three people referred me to precision spa repair. I reached out and had an appointment within a day. He came out explained everything that needed to happen to fix my tub and also explained to me if there was more unforeseen damage to pipes ect what cost would look like. I was told before by the previous technician that I need to replace the entire heat module, precision replaced the heat element saving me hundreds of dollars! I felt very informed with the process and very pleased with my reasonable bill. This is a fantastic honest company!Thank you again

After dealing with another hot tub repair company who let us down in the end and basically left us hanging we found this company. After a few texts and an explanation of which spa I had and the issues we needed fixed. I was given a quote and a concrete appointment was made. The Tech showed up on time and was totally prepared with all required parts. The work was completed quickly and professionally and my invoice was as discussed. I would recommend this company and should the need arise I will use them again.
