I came to this branch a couple of Saturdays ago hoping that it wasn't going to be too busy so that I could get my things in order. I got there just before lunchtime and surprisingly it wasn't too busy. I managed to sort out my things quickly and without hassle. Special thanks to Mary for helping me out.

The instructor was really rude. I am giving review on behalf of my friend, the examiner Chris" that guy do not know how to behave with girls and women. He was really rude and was being hard on her. Instead of influencing people he was trying to demotivate people

Gave me 100% fault for an accident I did not agree I was at fault for, sent me a letter saying what my appeal options were and then told me I have no appeal options. I wish we had a different insurance agency. I would never choose MPI

I gave 2 stars as my issue was been resolved in second attempt. In first interaction had to be on hold for 10 minutes and then the call get disconnected in between and didn’t get a callback from their end. And then second time they told me to visit one of autopacs after putting me on hold for 10 minutes again.

Manitoba public insurance not only screws you over, but they also have terrible customer service. The tellers have so much attitude. Mainly the st Mary's location.

This is ridiculous service. No called by name and I ask for couple of times at counter my inquiry but she said wait after I went to reception after 2 customers who arrived after me. Then I asked and they told me that I already called my name but missed it.
