The staff was incredibly rude, me and my friends came here in hopes of having a good time and the staff was keep trying repeatedly threatening to kick us out even tho we didn’t do anything. They were keep saying “if you guys do any little thing we will call the police”, and we are just here trying ti have a good time and good experience. And they are here making us feel very uneasy. However all this blame needs to go on the garbage of a manger as he is the one instructing them to do this.

Burger buns were so soggy and everything just fell apart. The spot in verdun is a 1000 times better . Also got poutine where they put so much gravy to the point it wasn’t even a poutine no more it was soup .

SUPER SMALL PORTION SIZE!!! how is your mac and cheese packed in a little cup for condiments and sauce??? and the fries are also such a small portion size. i’m very disappointed when i ordered for the first time. not tasty at all on top of that, the mac and cheese was bland and hard, tasted like rubber and dairy. very very disappointed.

It was our 1st time here eating, My son had the chicken tenders and LOVED THEM!! I had a wrap and couldn't finish it, it was huge!

First and most importantly the food is delicious. The chicken is tender and tasty, surprisingly good poutine with squeaky cheese, out-of-this-world strawberry lemonade slush.Nice decor and atmosphere. Clean.We went at about 3:30 on a Friday. There were two people before us and two after. It took 27 minutes to get our food after we placed the order. But after the first bite my company exclaimed that it was worth the wait. Not fast food, this is sit down and take your time meal.The packaging for the Mac n cheese and the buttered corn, is way too small. They cost 2.95$ each and they are ok, not amazing. Either make the portion a bit bigger, or cheaper or more delicious. As is people will only try this once.My meal was a chicken sandwich and a poutine. Both delicious and too much food for me. Good sized portions.Free refills on soft drinks.Two meals, plus two sides, one slush and one poutine, 50$, plus tip.Definitely worth trying.If they can work out some details this could be a favourite.

VISIT NO 1 a week after openingWaited 10min to place order on a Tuesday at 17:20, although there was only one person before me. I tried a two piece combo for which cashier couldn’t readily explain what two pieces would be provided, had to ask, hesitated, it’s normal growing pains since restaurant opened last week, but it felt like a soft opening service, so service 3/5.The classic fried chicken was generous, crunchy and tasty as one expects great fried chicken to be, chicken tenders also generous but weren’t as crunchy and tasty on outside but very moist and tender inside, crinkle fries good, sauce and creamy slaw ok so 4/5 which is good start for new restaurant. Overall, I’m certain they will improve over time, I’ll give them another month or two to get up to speed and will likely try them again later. Retro video games which will likely please kids and older reminiscent adults LOL!!!UPDATE NO 2Second visit since their opening, still an overall, 3 stars, still need for staff at cash to know menu better, to be more outgoing, to be attentive and call customers when they become available not wait for customers to figure they are available. Combos include different items depending on base food, confusing for both customers and staff. Should have basic menu for chicken, tenders or sandwich such that a combo has same item and then trio should be all items. Garbage was full/dirty and cashier for a chain that boast being 100% Quebecois said he couldn’t speak much French, not an issue for me but certainly for French speaker only. Check new pics of garbage and sad chicken sandwich which doesn’t look anything like beautiful marketing pictures.Keep at it Jack, I’m sure you’ll improve over time…

Good service but fairly slow for a fast food. We waited 15 min for our meals although the restaurant was empty. Food quality is below average but portions are ok.
