Water Depot Owen Sound and Surrounding Area

I had a poor experience with a local, unrelated company and realized that reviews are so important. I was going through contractors and services we used for our new build 2 years ago and thought to go through and give honest reviews. Josh was personable, professional and awesome to deal with. I can't recommend him enough. It is so nice to see he has so many glowing reviews.

I just had a water softener installed by the Water Depot in Owensound. Josh was excellent to deal with and answered all of my questions. Corey came to install it today and did a really nice job. Very happy with their service!

We were very happy with the knowledge and professionalism of Josh and his staff in regards to water softeners. They were prompt, accommodating and very helpful. Very impressed with both Josh and Corey for their customer service and installation of the components. Josh was very helpful in explaining and determining what we will require to get clean, potable water for our new cottage near Tobermory. Corey did an excellent job installing the components where we wanted them to go in the small area he had to work with. Look forward to dealing with them in the future!

A GREAT service oriented team at Water Depot. I was having a problem with water odour (especially the hot water) and figured my water softener was malfunctioning so I called Water Depot and briefly outlined the problem. Though he was out on calls dealing with other customers, Josh called me back within the hour. He had me explain the problem, assured me my softener was almost certainly okay, and then gave me the solution needed. It was a very affordable DIY solution involving the anode in my water tank. Josh saved me a bundle without trying to sell me anything. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and you can count on him to propose the best and most cost effective solution to your water issue(s).

Josh and Corey were professional and friendly. Josh was very knowledgeable and even included our young daughter in his water assessment. Corey provided us with all the information we needed for our new system. Definitely would recommend them

We've had exceptional service from Josh and Corey at the Water Depot and I would highly recommend them. We were concerned about our water quality and old filtration system and Josh did a thorough water analysis and consultation, including advising us on everything we DIDN'T need. They are customer service oriented and interested in building long-term client relationships that last. We are very pleased with our new system which was expertly installed by Corey and is being maintained annually by the Water Depot. We know we can also count on them for quick response times and thorough work related to any problems with our water systems.

This company has Had My Back through my water issues with a house I had boughten! They just recently installed a Hydrogen Peroxide Injector to deal with organics clogging my water line. The Installer, Corey" was the most down to earth gentlemen who knew his trade
