Pineridge Tree Service

I had one tree trimmed and several trees removed/stumped by Pineridge. The work was done very well and exceeded my expectations. I was also very happy with the focus on safety by all of the people in the crew. Post job clean up couldn't have been done better. Very professional. I would engage Pineridge again without hesitation.

On Friday April 21st, Pineridge tree service showed up and trimmed my neighbor’s tree. However, they had parked their heavy equipment on my lawn during the operation without getting my permission. They talked to my wife and asked her if they could use our driveway. Not the lawn! There were huge tire tracks left behind and crossed over my entire lawn. They also forgot their traffic cone on the sidewalk, and it’s still there over the weekend.

I was so impressed with Pineridge Tree Service that I had to write. From the very first phone call I made to their office, I was greeted with friendly, helpful people. We are hosting a wedding in our backyard this summer and needed a dead tree cut down and another very large oak tree trimmed. I was afraid that the perennials just beginning to appear below the trees would be trampled while the work was being done. The crew carefully marked the plants and covered anything in the way with buckets just in case branches fell on them. They also covered all of our LED lights so they would not be damaged. The crew worked quickly and did an amazing job taking down the old tree. The tree they trimmed looks perfect! Afterwards, they cleaned up all branches and raked all the sawdust from the property. I would give Pineridge Tree Service a 10 star rating if I could. They are the best in the Niagara Region and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't begin to express my disappointment in this tree service. Apparently they were contracted by Hydro to cut back the trees - four to five years of growth so they wouldn't need to do this again for several years. Interesting, 4 to 5 years growth pretty much removed my tree. I politely asked the first time to go easy on the trimming, asked again a second time that I thought they had done enough damage. By the fourth time, I angrily asked them to STOP!!! The man in the bucket pretty much laughed at me and said he was 'doing his job'. There was absolutely no indication that they were coming to destroy my tree today. I called the receptionist and yes, I was very angry and asked for the owners number which she refused to give to me. She gave me Niagara Peninsula Energy's phone number and told me to talk to them.My tree is butchered and I would be shocked if it actually recovers next year. The man in the bucket said he has every right to destroy the tree and that the city owned part of my front yard where the tree was located...in my garden, imagine that!?I have to wonder how any of you would feel if you came home to someone destroying your tree that was over 20 years old.If I could zero rate this company, I would. Unfortunately I have to give you one star that you definitely don't deserve.

Pineridge trimmed and balanced a large Maple in our backyard, they did an Amazing job! From coming for the quote, to the climber and foreman in charge. What an exceptional team. They were polite and courteous to all the neighbours around (even their clean up was top notch and noted by the neighbours). The work was exceptional, the tree looks phenomenal and a whole lot healthier. I can't recommend this team enough!

They cancelled on us the day before they were supposed to come because they would not provide us with proof of insurance in case of damage as requested by us on behalf of our neighbour - they wanted to use the neighbour's driveway for their truck. Instead of giving us the proof of insurance, they said they would use a different method of trimming the tree that would cost us almost $1,000 more.When I asked again for proof of insurance they emailed to say In order to avoid headaches and worries for all parties involved Jerry has asked me to kindly advise you to call someone else to do this job. We think it would be best for everyone."In a followup email they said: "We are totally insured but it raises a red flag to us when customers/neighbours bring up insurance claims before the work is even started."It seems to me before work is started is the perfect time to ask about insurance. I told them it raises a red flag with me when a company won't discuss insurance.They have enough business

Pineridge has come to our place several times to do work. They are wonderful! They were professional and courteous. They did a great job removing some problem trees. They were very careful around the garden beds - nothing got trampled, and they did a great clean up job too!I would definitely recommend them!

The crew (I do not know their names) came to my neighbours house to do some major pruning of an Oak tree. There was a lot of overhang onto my yard. The Job was done on July 4th in Niagara Falls. The crew was quick, polite, professional, and obviously knew their jobs! They went above and beyond by pruning many dead branches at no extra charge.Thanks again Pineridge Tree Services.P. Grady

Pineridge was contracted by the City to trim the trees on our street (Sauterne Place Niagara Falls) including a large tree that had grown too low over our house and driveway. They did a superb job! The two gentlemen on the crew could not have been more professional and polite and it was a pleasure to watch them work. What skill! We would hire this company in a second if we ever required tree service. These two employees were incredible ambassadors for the Company. Great job!
