Love this place !! I have been going for a few years now. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I actually drive out of my way to come to this store for the staff and product selection.

I have gone into this vape shop about 3 times now. I get the same great experience everytime. The service representative always like to help explain things and/or answer questions i may have. They are very knowledgeable in there products. if your just starting to vape or are a experience long time vaper, I definitely recommend this place to get your vape juice, and/or vape mods. They have a wide selection of different modes and Juices.

Every time I come here there is a Will return at ____ o'clock" sign on the door.Sometimes they are back by the posted time

Legit I have to change my old review because this place is so underrated it deserves 10/5. This store is legit the best with best prices anywhere in Hamilton. I've been to other vape stores and they don't even come close. This store has the best selection. Cheapest prices, best quality vape juice. The staff is most knowledgeable about everything in Their store and will even help you assemble your vape and put juice in if you're not sure how. I would 150% recommend this store to anyone and everyone who vapes or who is trying to quit smoking. Vape selection is great to from anyone just starting to vape to pro vapers. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! FROM - A VALUED CUSTOMER!Vape Juice as low as $7.99 on deals 30mg60mg got as cheap as $21.99 today.I know you can't get a better price then that!? Not even close. This is the store closest to my house so I used to walk over to this one for convenience (one of my friends owns a vape store so I do get deals from him and don't usually go elsewhere) but anyway, I started going to this one occasionally, everything was good, the staff were friendly, they were usually out of the good flavours when I went but that's just luck of the draw. My 3 star issue is that apparently I am no longer allowed to shop there because my 6 month old baby isn't allowed in and I'm certainly not leaving him outside like a dog. Makes me a little sad that when I need pods and don't have time to see my friend I now need to hop in the car and drive somewhere else as no other store has refused me due to having a baby. Apparently same thing happened at this location with my boyfriend and our baby. (Same employee with him too) I understand the no minors" but babies cannot be influenced by going in a store and they can also not be left alone so it's a little unfair to tell someone "if you need to come here with the baby

I’ve had some really bad experiences with vape shops in the Hamilton area. Either they don’t have the knowledge to assist me, the customer service is horrible or it’s both. so I came in today not knowing what to expect. Cody not only took his time to answer my questions but he helped me pick a juice and set up my device for me! I will definitely be back again!

I've shopped at every store Cody's been at - he's honestly the most helpful, knowledgeable person I've found in the Hamilton vape community!The shop itself has a decent selection. Adore and Astral are definitely good lines for an unbeatable price.10/10, would recommend Vape360.

I read good reviews on this place on their website before coming in 5 mins ago. They could not be further from accurate. Rude, short, and very unprofessional.I had an old vape kicking around that i wanted to get working again... I needed a new cord and some cartridges and juice. Apparently this place doesn't sell cords, so i said to the guy that I'll walk up the plaza to the convenience store to get a cord, so we" can make sure it still works before i purchase additional supplies.... He responded with "I dont know about "we"
