Excellent service from everyone involved! The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and empathetic, they made suggestions that saved me hundreds of dollars. My van was in a low underground lot and i thought it would have to be towed out. The tow truck driver was wonderful! He got my car started and i was able to drive it to the dealership. He knew a trick to get my hybrid battery to be boosted when i had failed with numerous attempts. Can't say enough about how great the service was.

I locked my keys in my car and I called a few tow truck companies. Due to the area I was in they suggested Bayview Towing. I was told hour and a half on the phone and they were there in one hour. Professional and personable. Comparable price and actually cheaper than other tow truck companies. I would definitely use this company again.

Called them via roadside late at night as I was stranded on the highway. The truck came within 30 minutes and the driver was very professional. Awesome service.

Shirley was exceptional! Had to get my car towed from an difficult position, but it would not start as the ignition was locked, so it couldn’t be moved. She was a quick problem solver and had a great attitude about it! So friendly and seemed to enjoy her work. She made a bad day a little better… I almost forgot my car broke down :)

,I don’t normally reach out and leave emails to companies but I really felt like today I needed to. We had the most Amazing service from your company. We were so stressed with our trailer breaking down and your company came to the rescue and with such care and kindness. I believe the drivers name was Darren he was so amazing and compassionate and I was shocked at his level of customer service. Also James on the phone was amazing and caring and wanted to help us. I just wanted you to know personally from a customer service perspective that I am shocked at how kind and Amazing your staff is! Thank you guys for helping us!

They towed my car from Seatle to Langley in BC. Super happy with their servic. James (the Gentleman I talked to on the phone who diapaches the units) is a nice, knowledgable, reliable and pro who arranged all for pick up my car in seatle and Mateo the truck driver, was a super lovely man who went above and beyond to support my family driving us back to Canada in the tough situation we wrre in. Call to get a motorcycle towed . The lady that answered the phone was very rude to all the questions I asked. I understand companies are busy but it's a normal question to ask how long for the truck to show up. No need to be rude and disrespectful to your customers when they ask you a simple and important question. I hung up and phone clover towing and was treated with respect and questions were answered properly. Will not use this tow company ever again . Customer pay your bills treat the with respect
