Northview windows and doors are the go to people for all your home especially custom big doors.From the start getting a quotation from Kortik He was one of the best customer service rep anyone could ask for. Gave me the rundown on the product itself and how it would benefit my home in the long run. Honestly, he knew what he is selling. Prices were good as well.Everything was done as promised.I've added the before and after photos to show their work.

We had both our garage and entry doors installed by NORTHVIEW windows and doors. Alex in Sales was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and walked us through the process of selecting the right doors, colours as well as the hardware. He explained it all in detail so we understood exactly what we had selected and ordered.Both Sybil and Rajat in administration were very helpful and professional with communication on delays in production and providing us installation dates for the doors. Due to covid delays are expected.Kartik the Installation Manager was always available for a quick question that required an answer while the entry door was being installed.The installation teams for both the garage and entry doors were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. We are now the proud owners of the most beautiful doors in our neighborhood.The craftsmanship of these doors is superior and beautifully made. We selected a modern insulated fibreglass entry door and a modern insulated garage door. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this company for your windows or doors. Their office and installation teams are great to deal with and their response time is exceptionally quick.

Couldn't be a better experience! Had my front double door built and installed by Northview just before the temperature dropped and can, definitely, say that we made the right choice. Every detail was thoroughly explained, questions were answered, and truly enjoyed the entire process! Not to mention that the staff expedited our door order, as we requested, to accommodate us for the winter season, even though it was not guaranteed. Frankly speaking, never encountered anything close to all the negative reviews on here, due diligence pays off.

I love the wide variety of doors that are offered by the company, furthermore, the sales rep i spoke to was very knowledgeable and even gave me a discount for the bundle of windows that i purchased; and that's despite the rebate program that saved me loads of money. All in all, my dealings with the company were pleasant, but i would recommend that they increase the personnel in the office, this would solve the minor issues i had during the whole process. The quality of the product does speak for itself though, beautiful doors, beautiful windows and a beautiful install, thank you Northview.

I have a extremely bad experience with this company. I dealt with Mr. Kartik Arora in this company's salesman, he totally lies to achieve my business, He promised to give two sliding doors in 2 months time, once i paid advance he totally change his words and came up with sweet and new stories,Than I approach the Owner Mr. Andrew, He was also a sweet talker not professional, he don't care about his customers.I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS COMPANY, IS BATTER U SPENT LITTLE MORE MONEY FIND SOMEONE ELSE. BUT NOT THESE PEOPLE.RIDICULOUS PEOPLE, RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR VERY BAD SERVICE.MY SUGGESTION. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We just [ April 4, 2019. ] had four windows installed by Northview and the whole job was just wonderful. The crew was excellent, and exactly on time, and total clean up upon completion. The Sales staff and those in the office just great people to work with as well. Pricing exactly on budget.Window designs are excellent with this Company. You couldn't ask for a nicer experience. Highly recommendable.

Northview completed what was a big project for us. We had our main floor front window not only removed, but we made a much larger opening in the brick wall to accommodate a large box/bay window. This was a big job that not many window installers are able to take on. Northview took it on and the results were fantastic. Vitali and his team of installers did a really top job not only installing the windows perfectly to spec but also finishing up and making everything look fantastic. With covid there were delays on the manufacturing side, but Kartik made sure everything happened on time as we had a hard deadline that needed to be met. They met it and we are extremely happy with the results. We fully recommend Northview.

We’re very happy with the service and products we received from this company. We had six windows and a front door installed. The installation crew were highly skilled and professional. They were very respectful of our property and made sure everything was cleaned up prior to departing. The products are of high quality and we’re especially pleased with our front door. We have already received complements from friends and neighbors. We will not hesitate to let them know where we purchased it from.

Even though we had to deal with small hiccups on our front doors, everything was rectified and taken care of. We had to install 4 exterior doors plus 2 garage doors. Timeline was almost correct, which is not easy at this time with all the delays during COVID, supply issues and delivery shortage.We have been taken care of by Alex in sales. He knows his stuff, will give you advice, professional, will give you all information ahead…etc. (Things you would never think of such as think about the indoor trim.)Mohammad was our installer, so efficient, clean and true quality installation.We are very happy and excited about all of our doors.Thank you Alex, Mohammed and the rest of the Team!

The experience from start to finish was amazing. The level of care and understanding is freshing. They were professional, informative and best of all they had a great communication throughout.
