Fort Qu'Appelle is a medium-sized town and has few large retail outlets. The Co-op was a pleasant surprise. It is a roomy store, clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff. There are no unpleasant surprises, as the store is a typical (well-run) grocery. Prices on some items feel slightly higher on average at Co-ops province-wide, but this is likely due to less bargaining leverage than nationwide conglomerates. I found the items I wanted easily and the fresh deli sandwich I bought for my wife was a good price. She thought it was delicious. Honestly, I couldn't realistically ask for a better experience.

My wife and I camped at Echo Provincial Park and find the Co-OP grocery store to be really handy if we need to pick up a few things. The store is well stocked for all of our needs.

Good layout if the store, always friendly and helpful staff. Has a bakery and a deli, lots of good meat selection, dairy, and vegetables! Also bakery has wonderful fresh panini rolls.
