Scheduling for my oil change was a breeze, got my Bronco back in an hour mind you it was one of the first scheduled appts of the day. Service was great and friendly. Offered me a shuttle but decided to just wait there. Great service! Thanks Colbourne Ford!

you need to offer both men and women incentives not just for men. often times it is two people buying a vehicle not just one person. So you should offer for two people not just one. Give more incentives when buying a vehicle in full as apposed to the payment plan.

Staff are fantastic. Service people always answer any questions I have and help me understand when I am unclear of something. Car is always ready when stated, and always have a shuttle available if needed. Thank you.
