Jason from service is not who you want to deal with. First time customer he somehow charged me $930 for an oil change because they couldn’t open my front hood. The issue was solved on a YouTube video in 4 minutes but supposedly it took them 4 hours. They also didn’t fix 2 of the other issues I brought the car in to fix. They wanted to charge me $600 for a rear calliper restoration afterwards but I went to a independent mechanic and he told me he could’ve done the oil change/front hood issue for $400, and he is now going to do my rear calliper restoration for $120. Dealerships like this can rip you off because the mechanics don’t need to worry about their reputation(they are working for a billion dollar company). Go to a smaller mechanic and he will provide you with much better service than Volkswagen Popular.

I had the most amazing experience at Volkswagen Popular, from Samuel service was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood.I will highly recommend it,thank you very much.

Flawless experience when I bought my car, Samuel was helpful, very comprehensive and worked efficiently to give me the sort or deal I was looking for. He kept me aware of the status of the car preparation and I'm glad because I was very excited to get this model. At the dealer, I liked the fact that when they offered all the different options, insurances and warranties, you don't have to sign anything on the spot. So I was able to think and do my researches. So I recommend this VW Popular without second thoughts.

By far the worse service I got at a VW dealership. Was semi-force to buy an alignement for 129 on top the winter tire swap, refused it, but they still did it and charged me for it for only 65. I did not get report of said alignement and when asked to be refunded, they refused. On top of that, the car was not washed and the rims are full of grease used to mount the tires. When I complained, they said it was because of rush season.. the car next to mine in the parking was washed so who knows. When I complained, the offered me a wash for the next time.. needless to say I won't go there again.. but if you want canadian tire service at dealership price, go for it! I recommend VW Rimar instead, cheaper and with actual service!

Positive experience from purchase to delivery. Our sales person took the time to explain every single detail to us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend.

I went on their service department for my Jetta couple of times this year and I have no regrets at all. Their service was amazing and they are super honest and transparent with what has to be repaired on my car as soon as possible and what repairs can be postponed. Yeah their pricing is a bit more expensive than local garages but hey, peace of mind is priceless :) Kudos to my advisor as well (Bruno). He's a nice, chill, and very passionate guy!

Very very bad service. I rented twice with Volkswagen and will never rent again at this dealership..The person who is responsible for the rentals was arrogant and seemed very irritated by me asking questions about a guarantee I had bought!He would refuse to answer my questions. I asked him a copy of my guarantee and he refused to send it to me by email!Absolutely would not recommend this dealership.I switched to Volkswagen Boisbriand although I live in montreal, they have been impeccable. Very friendly, they answer your questions and are honest.Hope this helps :)

My husband and I took an appointment to come test drive a used vehicle. After deciding we liked the car and wanted to go ahead with the purchase, we filled out all the necessary paperwork and spent over an hour going over all the details. The trade-in evaluation needed some extra time so they suggested we come back in a couple of hours to avoid us having to wait at the dealer. We live pretty far so decided to go for lunch and try to kill some time (mind you I’m 8 months pregnant). We called back 3 hours later - the evaluation had still not been done. Finally, the sales person, Samuel, called us about 15 minutes after that to inform us that they sold the car to someone else. Total waste of our time.

Terrible service department and arrogant too. When questioning them on the phone their response was well you can go somewhere else". And they always try to upsell you. Find a local mechanic instead."
