Staff tried to argue with me on the phone when I was just asking questions. denied a package because it was shipped by fed-ex, but accept any package by puralature, and then deny that they ever have when confronted about it.

The woman with short hair in there is super rude. Should not be working in customer service. I get it your busy, but no reason to snap at someone who is being kind. Everytime I go in for a package or anythingg she is always angry. The man that works at the front, thanks for being kind.
