Disappointed... They do not accept tents (which seems to be a new policy) and the lady on the phone was curt and unpleasant to deal with. I used to camp here with my family but not anymore.

Stayed here several years ago with no issues but this time completely different.The Wi-Fi didn’t work and the lady at the office said there are too many people trying to use it, lol. Then I noticed we couldn’t even shower due to the low water pressure which wouldn’t allow our hot water tank to work properly. So I went to use their pay showers. Two out of the three showers we’re “out of order” and the so called working one wouldn’t accept any of my 5 loonies. I finally got one to work and had a four minute shower with half the time was wasted on waiting for the hot water to work.Then that night a group of bikers partied till 1am with the campground not doing anything about it. Understandable since the staff were hanging out with them during the day and dinner time. When the one biker left around 10pm, he dropped his bike. Several others helped pick up the bike for him to continue. Then he hit one of the cement planters in front of the office and continued on.Find another campground when staying staying around Calgary, especially if you are with your family.

I lived there for almost two years (not by choice) and as a former QHSE executive can state that the establishment is way out of compliance with the Alberta Fire Code, NO fire extinguishers, smoke detectors emergency lighting or emergency response contingency planning for social common areas, as well as, Rocky View County bylaws and is in contravention of the Alberta Public Health Act. The water quality is VERY questionable. I wouldn't shower in it, let alone water my dog with it; and contrary to other posted positive reviews, the place is unsanitary. What you can't see will actually hurt you. Selected members of the upper management have little business acumen, are arrogant, rude, beligerent and it shows in the financial performance. It desperately needs upgrade in many regards.

No choice, the west Calgary is close , and was not better tgrn this one, then no choice to come here. Poor and bad WIFI. Dirty toilet and shower… but! Nice laundry room. … i recommend because the only one.

as is the way today not totally inclusive, any camper prior to 1995 is NOT WELCOMED. with only 69,000 miles it is in very GREAT SHAPE. So what is their issue ?

Great place, kept up estectically with trees and ponds. Land Owner has rare bird species to view. Close to the city and town of Chestermere for shopping and beach use.They may need a little help in signs for the recycling bin that just gets used as garbage instead. They try to compost but bins are too small for multiple dwellings. Golf course is great when it’s maintained.Kids are welcome but not their toys. Dogs are charged $2 a day to stayAnd the staff don’t know how to handle situation they are unhappy with you about. Bring rain boots during rainy season lol

Stayed here off and on for the last two years. Was bullied about my kids toys that were outside for them to play with. Other sites were way messier but only we were attacked. Speaking of being attacked they don't follow their rules about bully breed dogs and a child was attacked by 3 he almost lost his ear but luckily it was only 32 stitches to fix him up.

Was a convenient place to park our RV while visiting friends and family. The park itself is shabby, no privacy between sites and sites are really small. It appears that many of the sites are occupied year round, not recreationally. Shower had no water pressure and we didn't have hot water the last few days
