The sales representatives are super nice, but they'll say anything to get you to sign a contract. They have now told me on two separate occasions that premium services (Spotify and Gamecentre Live) are included with new contracts. They are not, and Rogers Support didn't seem interested in helping. Avoid this location.

One question why would you tell a customer that they could get a phone for a certain price and that you would have it in for them that afternoon when in actuality it was a lie. Than to have them come back the next morning to speak to you about it and than tell them that the price went up $200 over one afternoon. Please to anyone if you are thinking about getting a phone or a contract with Rogers DO NOT!! Especially do not go to the Rogers in Windermere and deal with Chris. You will not get what you are promised and they will just lie to you and try to rip you off with your plan! Thank you for giving the push I needed to not renew my contract with Rogers and find a better plan elsewhere.

Broke my phone 2 weeks ago and PAY for coverage under premium device protection. When I went to get my phone fixed I was told my phone is not covered. Reached out to the store same day and finally connected to a manager after a week. Manager tells me I am covered and he'll get back to me the same day. 2 days later not having recieved a response called the store again and spoke to an employee who said he'll pass along my message. The 2 following days I made numerous calls to the store and no one was picking up. Went in person to the store and the manager had already left and didn't pick up his employees phone. Paying for the device protection monthly and not having any progress in 2 weeks is unacceptable.

My mom and I went into this Rogers location to remove myself from her account, set myself up on a new account, and get phone upgrades for both of us. These Rogers reps told us we could upgrade our phones and update our plans but could not actually take me off of her account in-store. We questioned this with their staff and the Manager and they were consistent in telling us that they couldn't do it. So once we updated our plans and spent about an hour there we would have to call Rogers 30 days later to split the accounts because they apparently couldn't do it in-store. My Mom and myself have always each had 6GB of data but once they updated our accounts" all of a sudden we were sharing 6GB and going over our data amounts and having to pay to add extra data that we should've had in the first place. We decided to call Rogers customer service and see what was going on since they locked our account for going over our 6GB of data and they told us that this store is completely wrong in everything they told us (as we had initially thought). They should've split the account before upgrading our plans and phones

Last day of 10gb/$60 promo, was with Bell for 15 yrs. dealing with customer reps for loyalty deals and still end up more expensive if I open a new plan. Walked in the Rogers Winderemere and was really happy with their service, a big line up in the store and it tooked me 2.5 hours to move 2 lines with them. Despite the wait the 3 reps in the store worked together to satisfy all the clients that day. I would suggest this store to everyone and if another deal like this comes up make sure you have time to wait and be patient and they will take care of you. Customer reps are the backbone of every business and some companies really have to put effort in recognizing the job they do reflect their company.
