I wanted to buy a sewing mannequin that was on sale. It was at the back of the store by the cutting table. There were about 9 there all various sizes. The tag on the one I wanted was about 430.00 with 100.00 off so a total of 330.00 (approximately). I was informed this was the last one of its type. There were none “in the back” but they refused to sell it to me.Wondering why a store would advertise a sale on an item then refuse to sell it.I ended up buying one elsewhere but that incident left a bad taste. Poor business practices on their part having inventory taking up floor space advertised for sale that they won’t sell.

Terrible experience. Lady at the cash (curly red hair) almost chopped off my head because my mask was not up to my eyes. It was covering my nose but needed to go further up. Really ? I left immediately. Staff here needs to take courses in how to treat customers. It’s not the first time salesperson is not courteous.

Good quality good price, mice people

I'm a regular client. 77years old. I had an emergency and needed to use the toilet to pee.The client bathroom was not working and the manager would not let me use the employees' so had to leave the the store, not completing my purchases, and run to a nearby location. Not nice! I will need to find another location. What a lame excuse. You can't blame a lack of empathy on covid. That's just inconsiderate!

Huge collection of fabrics, threads, stiching accessories and knitting material. They don't have beads or stones

They have everything and anything when it comes to your fabric needs, some of the fabrics are expensive but you pay for what you need.

If you order online, cross your fingers... They find it completely fine to a) send the wrong fabric b) ask you to take several pictures to figure out if they made a mistake c) ask you to return it for validation d) refund you regardless if you had mentioned several times you wanted the right fabric to be sent and not get a refund as it was on special and it is no longer on special e) not compensate you in any way as you did not make a mistake but now you are expected to do another order and pay the full price f) not replying to your email if they feel they are doneAnd, no. You don't get any message with refund or after the refund. They are done.I wish they did not end their customer service emails with If there is anything further we can do to help make your shopping experience more enjoyable

A lot of options, staff is alright, they seemed a little grumpy but we’re still helpful.

Worst customer service! I stood in line yesterday to have a fabric cut. I waited for quite a bit as the lady attended to people ahead of me as if they were the only customers, chatting with them freely. Where’s her consideration for the others waiting on line. Will never go back to this location again.
