It’s been a few months since my bathroom was completely remodeled and I am so happy! The guys did a fantastic job! They were always on time and were very respectful of my home and always cleaned up after. Jim came to my house for the initial consult and invited me to go pick out everything the same day. It is a completely different bathroom and worth every penny!!

I was impressed with the one day of removing tub and surrounding and installing a walk in shower. And I take out to the trash! I'm not happy with the caulking not lasting and the lack of understanding that people work also. I try to schedule repairs for when I get out of work to be there while it's being done as anyone would do. We schedule a day, then they cancel,( understand they may be busy) then they say Friday is open all day, what time will be good for me? So, again I say after I get home from work between 3:30 and 4 pm. So what happens, Shane shows up at 3!!! When my son was just leaving, if he hadn't been there, it would have been canceled again. I should have shopped around more for a company that listens to their customers.

We downsized and purchased a 1950's ranch with a tiny bathroom. We soon found ourselves in trouble the tub had sliding doors and it was difficult to get in and out of the tub to take a shower. In fact I had a slip and fall. We called Mobility Remodelers. It was a two step process day one remove tub and install walkin shower day two was update the rest. We were so happy with the work done we had a second bathroom done! Thank you Jim. We have since referred family and friends.

We could not have asked for better service. Our bathroom was a rotted mess. They gutted it and replaced everything in about a week. The bathroom is really nice and everything we hoped for. The crew went above and beyond, so many times. Really good experience.

I highly recommend this company and think they are the best in the industry. Jim installed a walk-in tub in 2018 and four years later the faucet started to drip. Our plumber said the hot and cold stems needed to be replaced. We could not remember the manufacturer of the hardware and called Jim. He took the time to look at our records to determine the manufacturer and also put us in contact with the person that could help us get replacement hardware which we found out has a lifetime warranty. Our tub still looks as though it was installed yesterday and it is clear that Jim stands behind his product and customers.

We had a very small shower that we converted into a walk in bath tub in 2018. Jim took the time to discuss all options and even helped us to coordinate colors. He managed every aspect and maintained superior communication with us. The work done from demolition to installation was very professional and done very well. I highly recommend this company! Follow up!It's been a year since we had this shower enclosure installed, had an issue with the rain shower head recently. They took care of it pronto. We love the shower enclosure and we love that this company stands by their product!Thanks again Jim! Both were extremely concerned with not causing any damage to my home. They put tarp down on my wood floors where they were coming in and out with materials. Besides that, Mike went the extra and did some other little things that showed just how attention to detail he is when it comes to installation.We bought this enclosure because stepping over the side of the bathtub after a shower was a concern. One slip and down you go. This enclosure not only took care of that problem, but it looks great! It adds depth to what was (and is) a small bathroom. It also looks good. That barn door look is very stylish!Bottom line is that I'm pleased with the product and the installation. I've always done my own home repairs. I was going to buy the materials Lowes or Home Depot and do this project myself, but in this case I'm glad that I decided not to. It's my opinion that the shower enclosures from the box stores are just not to the same quality.Jim, thanks for the suggestions on colors and hardware! Everything looks great. Jim White came to our home and showed us a variety of samples and discussed all the advantages of the different materials. The work was done fast and efficiently and it looks beautiful. The installers are very professional and left everything in order when they completed the work to be done.Jim was very helped us determine where handrails would be best placed. These handrails have made a tremendous difference in our safety and mobility. I would recommend Mobility Remodelers of Port Huron to anyone needing any bath remodeling.
