Pacific Rim Storage - Keating

I rented a storage unit for a few months. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The unit was spacious and clean, the access hours were fantastic and the office staff were always friendly and helpful. I’d definitely go there if I needed storage again.

My experience with this storage company has been absolutely positive! Trey was a great big help to me in a time of need and she was, and still is very helpful and kind. Her crew has been super helpful as well. I can not recommend this place enough. :)

I recently rented a storage unit from Pacific Rim Storage on Veyaness Rd - and it was a very satisfying experience. Trey and Julie had answers to all my questions, and treated me like a friend from my very first call. I highly recommend PRS if you need to store anything!

Pacific Rim Storage in Keating, Central Saanich, has been wonderful. I have been renting a locker for quite sometime, and since Pacific Rim has been in ownership it has been amazing! I have finally secured a permanent residence, so I no longer need a storage locker! My belongings remained safe, clean, warm, and dry. Their customer service is so friendly as well :) Highly recommend.

Very informative, caring and compassionate. Staff are always happy and more than willing to help with any questions/problems that may arise. The facilities are very well maintained, and always striving to acheive that next level of excellence to make things better for the those who use their service's. Honestly cannot say one negative thing about this company and location!. I am truly thankful to have ended up using them and will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future without a doubt. I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Rim Storage! I needed short term storage between moving places and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Signing up, choosing a storage locker, and all the payment etc. was a breeze and they really took their time to make sure I understood what I was getting. The storage locker itself was clean and clearly well maintained. I moved my things in 1-3 times a week for about five weeks and every time I was there it was clean, felt safe and easy to get to. Real big bonus that they were open late for dropping off things in the evening. They were also so kind to check in on me and make sure I was good throughout my 'stay' there. On the day my furniture was being unloaded it turned out I needed a second locker for all my stuff and within minutes they had me all set up with one right down the way. I was so thankful that on a very stressful day they were so quick and kind at getting me sorted out. Moving out was the same, super easy and stressless. Really convenient that they have moving supplies and locks to buy in the office as well. I hope I never need storage again, but if I ever do, I would definitely return. Highly recommend!

We recently have become customers at Pacific Rim Storage. The staff in the office were and are very helpful and FRIENDLY. We are in the process of moving items to and from the storage stall but, we always look forward to going into the office to chat with Trey and Caitlin while we are there.

Trey and staff at Pacific Rim Storage are fabulous new owners. The facility is spotless, and they are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility to anyone for their storage needs.
